Responsible for deep engagement with select Dell Technology customers in driving mutual definition, design and initial implementation of desired state architectures and business outcomes. Extensive practitioner experience in multiple domains including classic enterprise architecture disciplines, application development, business processes and modern infrastructure and as-a-service models. Role will partner with a Customer Success Manager (CSM) and will drive select customer engagements 4-12 months in duration
Role responsible for providing presales consultancy for named Enterprise Account(s), working closely with the Account Team to help meet revenue, customer satisfaction requirements & develop customer understanding of EMC & BU portfolio.
Owns the technology relationships at executive levels & provides technology thought leadership.
Responsible for execution of all technical interaction of the customer engagements, a Technology Evangelist.
Leading & enabling the extended technical team, with a clear technical architectural & sales execution plan.
Helps define, lead Technology & Business Plans for the Organization/s
Drives Future Technology Relevance throughout Enterprise
Develop a multi-year well qualified pipeline which is visible in SFDC
Enables growth in all aspects of the IT & Digital Transformation Solution offering
Drives Enterprise Solution Offering(s) to your customer
Drive strategic transformational projects and programs with select DT customers.
Develop and align key business outcomes to enabling technologies, best practices and methods.
Embed within customer environment as an extended member of the customer effort to advise, document and execute key transformational outcomes.
Ensure the inclusion and rationalization of all relevant DT solutions, products, technologies and services within the customers plans and architecture including current and near future (< 12 months) solutions.
Create relevant artifacts, documentation and processes for the successful proof and initial implementation of said projects.
Ensure effective transition to billable consulting services
8+ yrs of IT or Digital Transformation within Fortune 500 or similar companies’
A University degree in a technical discipline preferred
Ability to work at CxO level to build strategies for Enterprise Architectures
Executive presence, influence and ability to collaborate across the organization
Versed across the Technology Spectrum with Business Acumen
Internally and externally recognized as a key and influential leader
Understands Technology vs. Business Impact
