Comfort Systems USA South Business Development Sales Professional in Fort Walton, Florida

Job Description

  • Business to business sales and prospecting to identify new customers within healthcare, education, restaurants and commercial/retail spaces.

  • Traveling within specified territory to meet with target customers for new business development

  • Ability to position Comfort Systems USA Southeast as preferred vendor to close service agreements for maintenance contracts

  • Use of Microsoft 365 and CRM software to track sales activity

    Requirements

  • 3+ years of business to business sales experience

  • Prospect new customers through business development efforts including cold calling, warm calling, networking and face to face meetings

  • Financially driven to achieve established sales goals and organizational skills

  • Self-motivation, strong initiative and excellent communication skills

  • Computer skills including Microsoft office, Microsoft dynamic or other relatable CRM software

  • Prior experience within HVAC, waste management, janitorial, services or mechanical maintenance industries strongly preferred though not required

  • Specialized sales training – Sandler Sales Training, Miller Heiman or similar training preferred (company will provide, if needed)

  • Bachelor’s degree or Associate’s degree preferred though not required

  • OSHA 10 hour training preferred (company will provide, if needed)

General Requirements

  • Compensation package includes base salary, commission opportunities and monthly vehicle allowance

  • Ability to pass a full background screening and drug screening

  • Ability to pass a physical assessment test
